The Historic Austell House

The Historic Austell House is Greater Atlanta's most distinguished Victorian landmark, originally built in 1891 for the family of General Alfred Austell — one of America's foremost figures in infrastructure and finance. Perched atop one of Austell's highest vantage points within Georgia's National Landmark Historic District, this 6,300 sq. ft. estate was meticulously restored and modernized by Ducere Construction Services, completion May 2021. Three stories. Twelve-foot ceilings. Three grand fireplaces. Original hardwood floors and stained glass windows. Today it serves as the corporate headquarters of Ducere Construction Services, Inc. — a working landmark where history and craftsmanship share an address.
